This Swiss Diamond double burner griddle is an extra thick oversized commercial cast aluminum griddle that conducts heat fast and evenly. This Swiss Diamond Double burner griddle is coated, so your food does not come in contact with aluminum. The 17” x 11.4” griddle size fits over two burners and as most all of Swiss Diamond’s cookware, works on gas, electric, ceramic, and glass stove tops. The double burner griddle is also the perfect size to use as a cookie sheet or for naturally defrosting foods.
The Swiss Diamond Double Burner Griddle is a Nonstick Griddle that offers Swiss Diamond’s very high-quality nonstick material that stands up to wear and tear quite well. Swiss Diamond is not made with Dupont Teflon, for those worried about the health risks of Teflon. Swiss Diamond cookware features innovative non-stick nano-composite using diamond crystals, up to 200,000 per pan. The fry pans are a nearly unbreakable non-stick cooking surface that will not peel, crack or blister. The Swiss Diamond griddles are metal utensil- and dishwasher-safe.
