The iconic long, narrow rasp-style design is made of a surgical grade stainless steel blade with a comfortable soft-touch handle and non-scratch end tabs to grate even the hardest Parmesan Reggiano cheese. Hold the lemon in one hand and the Zester with the side up as if it were the neck of a violin. The zest collects in the upper channel with lacy fine shavings of zest–no more grated knuckles!
