Next, a layer of titanium oxide that is almost as hard as diamond is burned on at 36,000°F to create a lifetime of scratch and cut resistance. An anti-corrosion layer protects the pan’s core from affects of harsh detergents and acidic foods. Before the final non-stick layer goes on, a mineral-particle-fortified anti-abrasion layer is added for long-lasting abrasion resistance. Last, AMT’s unique Lotan® nonstick coating provides a superior cooking surface that is antimicrobial, incredibly nonstick during cooking, and easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. The AMT Cookware 6.25″ Induction Milk & Sauce Pot and bakelite handle is compatible with electric and gas cooktops (induction-compatible) and oven-safe up to 464°F.
